1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 3DGyan mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Anirvanta Technologies Pvt Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered address at C/O Raj Kumar, Khajuhatti, Mangru Rai Ke Tola, Baikunthpur, Gopalganj, Gopalganj-841409, Bihar, India.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you have obtained such consent.

2. Description of Service

3DGyan is a 3D interactive science learning application that provides:

• Interactive 3D visualizations of science concepts (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics)
• Curriculum-aligned content for Indian education boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and international curricula
• Quizzes, progress tracking, and study streak features
• Multi-language support (15 languages)
• Offline download capability for premium users

The App is available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store).

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using one of the following methods:

• Phone + Password — Provide your phone number (with country code) and create a password
• Google Sign-In — Authenticate using your Google account
• Apple Sign-In — Authenticate using your Apple ID (iOS only)

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, content restrictions, or device binding is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to 3DGyan content:

• Up to 5 concepts per subject
• Ad-supported experience (banner, interstitial, and native ads via Google AdMob)
• No offline download capability
• Basic progress tracking

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans:

International pricing is set by Google Play Store and Apple App Store based on your region.

4.3 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
• We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play or Apple account settings

4.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies:

We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund that the app store has denied, contact us at support@anirvanta.com and we will assist.

5. Device Binding

To prevent credential sharing and protect the value of premium subscriptions:

• Premium accounts are limited to 1 active device at a time
• Logging in on a new device will automatically log out the previous device
• The logged-out device will receive a notification and be redirected to the login screen
• Free accounts may be active on up to 5 devices simultaneously

You may view and manage your active devices in Settings > Manage Devices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your premium subscription
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its 3D content
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from 3DGyan content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App or its content
• Circumvent device binding, content locks, ad systems, or subscription verification
• Interfere with the App's servers, networks, or security features
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content in 3DGyan — including but not limited to 3D models, animations, textures, illustrations, text, quizzes, user interface designs, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Anirvanta Technologies Pvt Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 3DGyan for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content; copy or download 3D models or animations for use outside the App; or use the content for any purpose other than personal learning.

7.3 User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to submit content (e.g., profile photos, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely in connection with operating the App.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Educational Content

3DGyan is a supplementary learning tool and is not a substitute for formal education, textbooks, or qualified teachers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up-to-date with the latest curriculum revisions.

8.2 "As Is" Service

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Google, Apple, AdMob, RevenueCat, Sentry). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Anirvanta Technologies Pvt Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
• Our total liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 (INR), whichever is greater
• We are not liable for any loss of data, learning progress, or downloaded content due to device failure, app updates, or technical issues

10. Account Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App, or by emailing support@anirvanta.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or if required by law. In case of termination for violations, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

11. Content Updates & Availability

• We may add, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice
• Certain content may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to change features, pricing, and subscription plans with reasonable notice
• If we significantly reduce the features included in your active subscription, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund through the app store

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Gopalganj, Bihar, India. The language of arbitration shall be English or Hindi.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anirvanta Technologies Pvt Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through the App.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anirvanta Technologies Pvt Limited regarding your use of 3DGyan. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
